Is there an age restriction for the Carín León Sphere Travel Packages?
Yes. All guests must be 21+ to purchase and check in at the hotel. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show — just keep in mind that the main purchaser must be 21 or older for hotel check-in. A valid photo ID is required.
When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?
Details about your 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser (using the email address provided at purchase) 5–7 days before the event.
How will I receive my merchandise?
All merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in on the same day as your hotel check-in.
Merchandise must be picked up during the check-in period — we cannot ship items before or after the event.
What if my plans change and I no longer want my Travel Package?
All 100x travel packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will review potential options.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.

Our Packages
Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?
The package price for the weekend of September 4, 5, 6 will have additional fees applied at checkout. The package prices for the weekend of September 11, 12, 13 include fees. We also include the per person price for easy reference. Some purchases will allow you to select a payment plan. There is a 60% deposit for those that select the payment plan (see additional payment plan details below).
How many rooms are included in each Travel Package?
Most Travel Packages include one room for two or four guests. Select four person packages, however, offer two rooms. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.
Is there a payment plan for Travel Packages?
There is a payment plan available for select packages! The payment plan option must be selected during the checkout process and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
An initial 60% deposit will be charged when the order is complete, and the final 40% payment will be automatically charged the date specified in the checkout process. Only one credit card can be used to make the initial payment and that card will be automatically charged for the final payment. If the credit card on file needs to be updated for the final payment, please contact Ticketstoday to make the change.
Can I pay off my package early?
If you select the payment plan and prefer to pay off your package early, please contact our ticketing partner at [email protected] for further assistance.
What happens if I miss the final payment?
You will receive an email reminder from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.
Do Travel Packages come with concert tickets for all three nights of Carín León at Sphere?
No – Each Travel Package includes two nights of hotel accommodations along with tickets for one show night. Please review the order details for specific hotel check-in/out dates and show night details.
How will I know my seat location?
Your seats will be Reserved Floor Seats, 100 Level, 200 Level, 300 Level or 400 Level depending on the Price Level selected. Your specific seat locations will be clearly displayed during the purchase process.
Can I request accessible seating and/or hotel accommodations with a Travel Package?

How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be digital. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster where you can claim your tickets to the show. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account, digital wallet OR print prior to getting to the show. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to access your tickets in Ticketmaster. If you experience any issues accessing your tickets there will be friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff at each hotel on check-in day to assist with any questions.

Hotel Information
Will a resort fee be charged?
Yes. Our hotel partners charge an additional fee for on-site services. The daily Resort Fee is $55 plus applicable tax per night, payable upon check-in. Additional details can be found on the hotel website.

Is there an incidental hold at each hotel property?
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Below are the nightly estimates, but please refer to the hotel website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
- The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort – $150.00 / nightly
- The Venetian Resort Las Vegas – $150.00 / nightly
What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?
100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy, which would be 3PM Check In and 11AM Check Out. Early check in is not guaranteed. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier. If you arrive before the hotel’s standard check-in time, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.
What parking is available at each hotel?
100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. Please visit the hotel website for parking details and rates. Below are the daily estimates, but please refer to the hotel website for the most up to date information.

- Offers self-parking for $18.00 per day or valet parking for $40.00 per day
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
- Offers self-parking for $18.00 per day or valet parking for $40.00 per day
How far is each hotel from the venue?
Both hotels were chosen for comfort, quality, and proximity to the venue.
The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort
- 1.0 mile / 4 minute drive. The Sphere can be accessed via the pedestrian bridge connected to The Venetian Resort.
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
- 1.3 miles / 8 minute drive. The Sphere can be accessed via the pedestrian bridge connected to The Venetian Resort.
I contacted the hotel and they couldn’t find my reservation. Why is that?
Don’t worry — your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.
Travel Package Requests
Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?
If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same bed type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us HERE to request to connect the reservations.
We will do our best to link the reservation, but we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room for the duration of your stay.
I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package?
If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.
To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:
- Original purchaser’s full name
- Order number and package type
- Recipient’s (new guest) full name, email, and phone number
Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets.
Important Notes:
- The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
- Travel packages must be paid in full before being gifted.
- Gifted packages are transferred in their entirety (hotel stay, merchandise, and show tickets) and elements cannot be separated.
